Low back pain triggers women's particular problems

Some low back pain causes are women-specific. This provide the following requirements.

  • Premenstrual Disorder (PMS)

Many women are affected by PMS before their cycles. It has many signs and you probably won't all have them. Symptoms are widespread:

Physical signs, for example:

  • Pain in the lower back

  • Tiredness

  • Signs of emotion and behavior;

  • Swings of mood

  • Cravings for food

  • Fear

  • Focusing difficulty

PMS usually begins several days in advance and finishes a day or two after the start of your time.

  • Dysmorphic condition premenstrual (PMDD)

PMDD is a tougher type of PMS, which greatly impairs symptoms in everyday lives. Some people with PMDD can also have difficulties when symptoms are present. There is less PMDD in women than in PMS.

PMDD symptoms are similar to PMS's emotional, behavioral and physical. All sorts of symptoms can be worse, however. Symptoms generally begin the week before your time and finish a couple of days after your time.

If you have a family history of depression or have a family history of PMDD, you might have an elevated risk of PMDD.
